 ROLE:

• Arrange and get ready for the occasion before the visitors entry 

• Get ready for customized event points of interest (birthday parties, corporate occasions) 

• Meet and welcome visitors upon arrival 

• Direct an appreciated presentation 

• Process "Check-in" of all customers

• Responsible for collecting and processing all payments

• Direct energetic and lively orientation 

• Get visitors energized, stimulated and prepared to have an incredible time! 

• Responsible for organizing and interacting with party guests through interactive games and tournaments (training will be provided).

• Wrap up the events and promote referrals 

• Supports the execution of internal and external promotions and marketing campaigns.

• Envisions and translates the necessities of the visitors 

• Builds up associations with neighborhood organizations and make a positive mark of our organization. 

• Keeps up normal contact and correspondence through telephone and email with the administration group and the client benefit group.
